Ohio’s Attorney General has published information on how governments can continue to do business and hold votes when group meetings are prohibited. See his letter here. Note that there needs to be public access to the meeting provided through streaming video or some other medium. In order for an action to be valid, a quorum must still be present, whether in person, on the phone, or in some combination thereof.
