Interested in joining us as a vendor for Boomfest 2023? We are seeking arts, crafts & other vendors!
WHEN: July 15th
COST: $50
This is for vendors ONLY, no food trucks.
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY: Vendors spaces are 10x10 and will be responsible for their own table, chairs and tents if needed. Vendor must provide all furnishings and protect property. Tents or the like will not be staked to the street. Spaces will be in the grassy area surrounding the gazebo near the wine garden. All trash and recyclables must be removed from your area after event. Vehicles are not permitted to park at your tent.
Booth set up will be July 15th from noon-2:00. All booths must be ready and set up by 3:00pm. All vehicles must be removed from grounds (service areas) and parked in designated areas by 2:00 pm. Vendors not arriving by 2:00pm will not be allowed to serve as the grounds must be cleared for the public.
In the event of inclement weather, no refunds will be given as the show is RAIN OR SHINE.
