2021 Oregon Rollin' Food and Farm Market?
Register to be added to our JULY 2021 waitlist. We will let businesses in first come first serve if we have room at our market.
Cost: $25 per market.
Business and vendors spaces are 10x10 and will be responsible for their own table, chairs and tents if needed. Vendor must provide all furnishings and protect property. Tents or the like will not be staked to the street. All trash and recyclables must be removed from your area after event.
Food trucks must be properly inspected BEFORE THE EVENT by the Oregon Fire & Rescue Department or their local Fire Department and Health Department or they can not participate. (NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!!!!)
Dustin Road is lighted. Roads will be CLOSED 3:30pm-9pm
Check-in begins at 3:30pm-4:45pm. Vendor Parking & mapping of market will be sent via email to all vendors ONE WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT.
The event runs from 5-8pm. Vendors must remain in place until 8pm. October market is likely to end at 7:30 p.m. due to lighting restrictions.
