Job Overview:

Respond to inquiries, serve customer needs, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation. Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision skills to complete the outlined responsibilities and those assigned as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • ·        Utilize phone, email, live chat, virtual meetings, and online resources to correspond with and assist members.
  • ·        Guide members with varying levels of technology skills to update and use online resources.
  • ·        Process, organize, and send deliverables such as awards, gifts, certificates, and orders.
  • ·        Update, edit, and create documents as assigned, including procedural documents, reports, training materials, etc.
  • ·        Assist members in order placement, place purchase orders, and process orders through QuickBooks. 
  • ·        Record, take minutes, track, and schedule meetings and send calendar invitations and reminders.
  • ·        Maintain contact lists, organize travel arrangements, and fulfill additional administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • ·        Minimum 2-3 years Customer Service Representative or Administrative Assistant experience preferred
  • ·        An Associate Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience listed above is required
  • ·        Bachelor’s Degree preferred  
  • ·        Strong computer, app, and software navigation skills, including Microsoft Office experience required
  • ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • ·        Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
