Bookkeeper Needed

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll

hoursandmaintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online. The candidate must

have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with

our internal team and external partners.


Job Duties/Responsibilities


Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of

invoices and payments.


Process payrollhoursand sendingto a payroll servicecompany, ensuring compliance

with relevant regulations and deadlines.


Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and

financial statements.


Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate

records.


Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts, resolving any discrepancies.

Provide financial reports and analysis to management, as requested.

Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding

financial matters.


Qualifications


Associate orbachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, with a strong understanding of AP/AR

processes.


Proficient in QuickBooks Online, with experience managing financial transactions and

generating reports.


Knowledge of payroll processing and relevant regulations.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
