Join us for an informative and high‑impact March Member Programming Session as we welcome leaders from the Toledo–Lucas County Port Authority to share updates on the financial tools, development programs, and resources available to support business growth in our region.

Featured Speakers

Craig Teamer – Director of Finance & Special Projects

Craig oversees the Port Authority’s Bond Programs, the Diversified Contractors Accelerator Program (DCAP), and the Northwest Ohio Revolving Loan Fund. His work supports business expansion and contractor development across the region.

Dana Clark – Business Development / PACE Administrator

Dana leads the Better Buildings Northwest Ohio (BBNWO) program, helping organizations improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs through innovative financing solutions.

Jason Bartschy – Loan Programs Manager

Jason manages the Port Authority’s loan programs, including the SBA 504 Loan Program and the Ohio Regional 166 Loan Program, both designed to support capital investment and business growth.

This session is a great opportunity for members to learn about financing tools, development incentives, and programs that can directly benefit their businesses.
